1254.06 CONTINUOUS FOUNDATION WALLS.

In all residential construction there shall be a continuous foundation wall around the outside perimeter of the structure which shall be constructed of either solid concrete, laid blocks or an approved treated wood system and which shall comply in every respect with the Building and Housing Code of the City.
