No building permit required pursuant to the City of Ionia ordinances, both present and future, shall be issued by the Community Development Director unless the following requirements are met.
(a) An engineer's meets and bounds survey utilizing grid coordinates shall be furnished of the particular condominium segment for which a building permit is requested along with a copy of the master deed covering said segment.
(b) The proposed condominium project must comply with all provisions of the City of Ionia ordinances and all other applicable statutes governing condominium units or developments.
