(a) See Appendix I, Schedule of Regulations, limiting the height and bulk of buildings, the minimum size of lots permitted by land use, the maximum density permitted and providing minimum yard setback requirements.
(b) All buildings hereafter constructed or enlarged in the One-Family Residential District shall comply with the requirements of Appendix I, Schedule of Regulations, applicable to property located in the R-1 One-Family Residential District. A funeral home shall be treated as a residential use for purposes of Appendix I.
