(a) The R-1 through R-3 One-Family Residential Districts are designed to be the most protective of the Residential Districts. The intent is to provide for an environment of predominantly low-density, one-family dwellings, along with residentially related facilities which serve the residents of the District.
(b) The One-Family Residential District is designed to permit the existence of funeral homes, one-family residential dwellings, and related accessory uses.
