1242.10 NUISANCE PER SE.
   Any building or structure which is erected, altered, or converted, or any use of premises or land which is begun or changed, in violation of any of the provisions of this Zoning Code, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance per se and may be abated by order of any court of competent jurisdiction.

1242.11 VIOLATIONS.
   The owner of any building, structure, premises or part thereof, where any condition in violation of this Zoning Code shall exist or shall be created, and who has assisted knowingly in the commission of such violation, shall be guilty of a separate offense and on conviction thereof shall be liable to the fines and imprisonment herein provided.

1242.12 RIGHTS AND REMEDIES ARE CUMULATIVE.
   The rights and remedies provided herein are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies provided by law.

1242.13 SEVERABILITY.
   Sections of this Zoning Code shall be deemed to be severable, and should any section, paragraph or provision hereof be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of this Zoning Code as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

1242.14 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   Public hearing having been held thereon, Ordinance 204 was passed by the City Council of the City of Ionia, Michigan, on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1971, and ordered to take effect May 14, 1971.
