1242.03 GENERAL AUTHORITY OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AND DEPUTIES.

The provisions of this Zoning Code shall be administered and enforced by the Community Development Director or by such deputies of his or her department as the Director may delegate to enforce the provisions of this Zoning Code.
