1228.05 CERTIFICATIONS OF APPROVAL.

The final plat shall include proper certificates for the City Clerk to certify the approval of the plat by the City Council, and the acceptance on behalf of the public of all dedications shown thereon by the governmental body having jurisdiction over such dedication.
