Any parcel created inconsistent with or in violation of this chapter shall not be eligible for issuance of building permits, zoning approvals or other land use or building approvals under other City ordinances such as special land use approval or site plan approval, nor shall any such parcel be established as a separate parcel on the tax assessment roll.
