Municipal parks and cemeteries owned or operated by the City of Ionia shall be closed during all other hours than those posted below. Closing and opening hours for Municipal parks shall be as follows:
(a) Oak Hill Cemetery - 8:00 a m. to 8:30 p.m. in summer; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in winter.
(b) Fairgrounds - 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., exclusive of fair-time activities.
(c) Neighborhood Parks (which includes the Meijer Skatepark) - 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except by reservation for special events (weddings, etc).
(d) Facilities that are lighted for evening use such as tennis courts, skating rinks, ball diamonds, etc., not being used for City or school organized recreational programs, shall be closed at 10:00 p.m.
