(a) Subrogation. The City shall be subrogated to the adjacent or abutting property owner's rights of recovery from liability insurance or other source, for any damages to the City's property and related costs incurred.
(b) Indemnification. The City shall be indemnified by the owner of the property adjacent to or abutting the sidewalk for damages incurred by the City arising out of injury to persons and damage to property of others, for which the City is liable to pay, on account of any act or neglect of the property owner.
