892.01 PROPERTY TAX ADMINISTRATION FEE.

   (a)   The City imposes for the years 1988 and thereafter a property tax administration fee of one percent of the property tax.

   (b)   The City Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to collect the one percent property tax administration fee hereby authorized.
