The eligible districts, as defined in Act 328 of the Public Acts of 1998, have been identified and are approved as:
(a) All property within the Downtown Development Authority District;
(b) All property within the Local Finance Development District;
(c) All property within the Brownfield Redevelopment Zone (which includes the entire City of Ionia);
(d) All Industrial Development Districts already in place or that will be crated by the Common Council.
