Pursuant to Act 328 of the Public Acts of 1998, the Council for the City hereby desires to make available the benefits of Section 9f to commercial businesses and industry that are eligible under the Act as contained in the definition for "eligible business" found in Act 24, of the Public Acts of 1995, M.C.L.A. §§ 207.801 to 207.810 in redevelopment of obsolete property, brownfield property, or other vacant property within the boundaries of the City and approves the abatement of personal property taxes in eligible districts on eligible investments.
