886.03 APPLICATION; CONTRACT.

The OPRD shall support the City Master Plan and a contract shall be developed between an applicant for an OPRD and the City which shall be approved by the Council prior to submission to the State of Michigan. Such contract shall outline all of the obligations and statements made by the applicant and City and shall become part of the official record.
