The Plan is hereby approved and adopted, as modified, as provided herein. The duration of the Plan shall be fifty years from the date of this chapter or the date of maturity of the last series of bonds pursuant to the Plan, whichever is later, except as it may be extended by subsequent amendment of the Plan pursuant to the Act.
A copy of the Plan and all amendments thereto shall be maintained on file in the City Clerk's office.
