868.08 LICENSE FEES; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.

(a) Before any license shall be issued under this chapter the applicant shall pay the fee prescribed by resolution of the City Council. The fee is not due until after the preliminary investigation has been concluded and the applicant has been found to be satisfactory.

(b) No license shall be issued for more than six months.
