No person subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be relieved or exempted from the provisions or requirements hereof by reason of associating himself or herself temporarily with any local dealer, trader, merchant or auctioneer, or by conducting his or her business in the name of any local dealer, trader, merchant or auctioneer.
