814.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Arcade" means any structure or place where amusement devices are located.
   (b)   "Coin-operated amusement device" means any electric, electronic, or mechanical device or machine constructed principally for entertainment or amusement purposes which may be operated or set in motion by the insertion of a coin for which a financial charge is made by the owner or operator of the premises where located even though such device is not coin operated. Examples of such devices by way of illustration, and not by way of limitation, are video games, pinball machines, motion picture machines, pool tables, shuffle boards, any other electrically or mechanically operated device or machine, and any and all other and similar devices and machines.
   (c)   "Owner" means any person, society, club, corporation, or other business entity which is the owner, lessee or occupant in control of the premises in which coin-operated amusement devices are located.
   (d)   "Premises" means any structure or place except an arcade, as defined hereafter, wherein any service or merchandise is offered for sale to the public, or where any amusement or service is furnished for anticipated gain or profit by the owner or operator.
