A person who violates any provision of this chapter or the terms or conditions of a permit is responsible for a Municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) (plus costs of prosecution), or imprisonment not exceeding 93 days, or both, unless a specific penalty is otherwise provide for the violation in the Codified Ordinances or any other ordinance (Codified Ordinances Section 202.99). Nothing in this Section 812.21 shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the City in the event of a violation by a person of this chapter or a permit.
