Any person who operates a sidewalk café outside of the sidewalk café district, or any person who operates a sidewalk café within the sidewalk café district without a license or who violates any of the standards or operating provisions contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a municipal civil infraction, punishable per the provisions of Section 202.99 of these Codified Ordinances. A second violation event within the license period shall result in the immediate termination of the license agreement for the remainder of the license period.
