(a) All sidewalk cafés shall not begin sales or service before 6:00 a.m. each morning and shall cease sales or service by 9:00 p.m. each night.
(b) Alcohol shall not be sold or consumed at a sidewalk café.
(c) The sidewalk café permit for each business shall be prominently displayed and displayed in a location which shall be viewed easily by the general public.
(d) The business shall not serve food or beverage to a patron at a sidewalk café unless that patron is seated at a table. "To go" service shall not be covered by this prohibition.
