420.09 LOSS OF BICYCLE TAG.

The licensee shall report immediately, to the City Clerk, the loss or destruction of the tag of the licensee and the circumstances surrounding the loss or destruction thereof. The City Clerk shall thereupon issue a tag upon the payment of a fee as established from time to time by Council.
