No person shall:
(a) Ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a Business District.
(b) Disobey any sign erected on any sidewalk or street which prohibits the riding of bicycles thereon.
(c) When riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, fail to yield the right of way to any pedestrian or fail to give an audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
