282.02 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY; BOUNDARIES.
   The City of Ionia Downtown Development Authority is hereby established pursuant to Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended. The Authority shall have all powers, duties and authority prescribed in said Act, as the same may from time to time be amended. The Authority's boundaries within the City shall be as follows:
