280.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established, in and for the City, a Local Officer's Compensation Commission for the City pursuant to Act 8 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, being Section 5C of Section 117.5 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, as amended, State of Michigan.
