248.01 ESTABLISHMENT; DIRECTOR; DUTIES.
   There is hereby established, in and for the City, a Finance Department, the head of which shall be the Director of Finance. The duties of the Finance Department shall include:
   (a)   Collecting, investing and documenting all monetary actions of the City.
   (b)   Ensuring the application of all local, State and Federal laws as they relate to the finances of the City.
   (c)   Supervising of the City computer system as well as the development of long-range planning for the finances of the City.
   (d)   Assisting the City Manager with the preparation of the annual budget as well as providing regular updates to the Manager, Council and the Mayor.
   (e)   Assisting, evaluating and implementing money saving controls for the City.
   (f)   Maintaining all investments for the City under policies established by the City Council.
