(a) Surety bonds, conditioned as required by the Charter, shall be filed by the following officers of the City in not less than the amounts indicated:
(1) Finance Director $50,000.
(2) City Manager $50,000.
(3) City Clerk $50,000.
(b) All other officers of the City and employees (except the Mayor and Council) shall file a blanket bond of five thousand dollars ($5,000).
