No person, firm, company, corporation, or association, and/or their employee(s) and/or agent(s) shall damage any pavement and/or shoulder within any village right(s) of way or the unpaved portion(s) of any village right(s) of way, including, but not limited to, grass, ground cover, landscaping, and/or other vegetation, culverts, storm drains, ditches, and all other roadway drainage facilities in, upon, along, across, above, over, under, or within or in any manner connected with such village right(s) of way within the corporate limits of the village. All such parties shall be jointly and severally liable and culpable for such violation(s). Any person(s) violating this section shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation exists or continues uncorrected. (Ord. 2008-874, 9-9-2008)
