7-6-3: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS:

It is not intended by this Title to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, deed restrictions, special uses for planned unit development, or other applicable ordinances of this Village except as expressly stated. However, where this Title imposes greater restrictions, the provisions hereof shall prevail.
