The administration of this Title shall be the responsibility of the Enforcement Officer, as designated by the Village President with the approval of the Board of Trustees, provided that no site development permit requiring a variation from the terms, conditions or requirements of this Title shall be granted without the prior approval of the Board of Trustees.
