6-1-3: RECORDING OF PLATS:
After passage hereof, no map or plat of any subdivision presented for record affecting land within the corporate limits of the Village or in contiguous territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles from such limits shall be entitled to be recorded or shall be valid unless the subdivision thereon shall provide for lot sizes, streets and public grounds in conformity with the requirements applicable thereto in the Official Comprehensive Plan.
