The Official Comprehensive Plan for public improvements and for the guidance of the present and future development of the Village and its environs which has been prepared and recommended to the Board of Trustees by the Village of Inverness Plan Commission with the aid of Camiros, Ltd. and dated March 10, 1981 (a copy of which is on file with the Village Clerk) is hereby adopted and made the Official Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Inverness, for public improvements and for the guidance of the present and future development of the Village of Inverness and its environ (Ord. 81-73-97.5, 3/20/81). Included in the Plan and hereby incorporated therein by reference are the following:
A. Subdivision Regulations, Chapters 2, 3 and 4 of Title 6 of this Code.
B. Flood and Stormwater Management Regulations, Title 7 of this Code.
C. Health and Sanitation Regulations, Title 9 of this Code.
D. The Official Map relative to property within the Village and contiguous unincorporated territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the Village, which is designated as the current "Official Comprehensive Plan Map and Land Use Policy Plan", Village of Inverness, as contained in the aforesaid Official Comprehensive Plan.
