4-2-1: INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE ADOPTED:

The international building code, 2003 edition (IBC), of the International Code Council, is hereby adopted, except for such deletions and substitutions of sections as herein provided, as part of the Inverness nonresidential building code (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "INRBC" and sometimes referred to in this chapter as "this code").
