Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a mandatory fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per day, nor more than fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per day for each offense with each and every day that a violation has been allowed to remain in effect being deemed a separate and distinct offense. In addition, the appropriate authorities of the Village may take such further actions they deem proper to enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter, including without limitation, an action in equity to compel compliance with its terms.
