1-8-8: REGISTRAR OF LOST OR ABANDONED PROPERTY:
The chief of police shall maintain a complete file of lost or abandoned property which shall contain the following information:
   A.    A description of the property.
   B.    The finder of the property.
   C.    The time and place of the finding.
   D.    The disposition of the property.
   E.    Any other information deemed pertinent by the chief of police. (Ord. 1188A, 3-9-2009)
