9-3-2: PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR MOVING BUILDINGS:
   A.    Permit Required; Fee: Any person desiring to move a building or structure from within or into the limits of the city shall first apply for a permit to do so from the clerk and shall, at the time of making such application, pay to the city a fee therefor in the amount established by resolution of the city council. (1974 Code § 410.03)
   B.    Application For Permit: The application for such permit shall be signed by the applicant and shall contain, among other things, the age, type of construction, height, accurate outside measurements, number of rooms and descriptions thereof, and number of baths in the building or structure proposed to be moved, and the address or location where the building or structure may personally be inspected by the city building official.    C.    Inspections: Upon receipt of the application, the building official shall inspect all features of the building or structure which are subject to code regulation. The building official shall also determine that the building or structure shall conform to the zone to which the building or structure is proposed to be moved. (1974 Code § 410.05; amd. 2008 Code)
   D.    Term Of Permit: All permits shall be for the duration of one year from date of issuance. Any moving, remodeling, alteration or reconditioning of any building or structure must be completed within such one year period. (1974 Code § 410.09)
