The 2020 Minnesota State Fire Code, as adopted pursuant to Minnesota statutes section 299F.011 and 326B.02, subd. 6, is hereby adopted as the fire code for the city for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life or property from fire, hazardous materials or explosion. The provisions of the 2020 Minnesota State Fire Code, except as modified or amended by this chapter, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as completely as if fully set forth herein. One copy of this code shall be marked as the official copy and shall be on file in the office of the fire marshal. (1974 Code § 905.01; amd. Ord. 1397, 12-14-2020)
