A. If any provision of this chapter is inconsistent with Minnesota rules, chapters 7080, 7081, 7082, 7083, or Dakota County ordinance 113, then that provision which is more demanding or provides a greater level of requirements or restrictions or provides an earlier date of compliance shall prevail and be controlling.
B. If any provision of this chapter is inconsistent with subsection 10-13B-8A, 10-13B-16B, 10-13C-12B8 or 10-13D-11 of this code, then that provision which is more demanding or provides a greater level of requirements or restrictions or provides an earlier date of compliance shall prevail and be controlling.
