8-5-14-2: ANNUAL REPORT:
The department shall provide an annual report of SSTS permitting activities to the MPCA in accordance with the requirements set forth in Minnesota rules 7082.0040, subpart 5, as may be amended from time to time. (Minnesota rules 7082.0040, subpart 5) (Ord. 1219, 10-25-2010)
