8-5-7-5: DUTY TO COMPLY WITH PERMIT CONDITIONS:

The permittee shall comply with all conditions stated in any permit issued by the department under this chapter. Failure of the permittee to do so is a violation of this chapter and is subject to the penalties provided herein. (Ord. 1219, 10-25-2010)
