A. Permit Required: It is unlawful for any person to construct, install, modify, or replace an SSTS in the city without the appropriate permit from the department. (Minnesota rules 7082.0100, subpart 3(Q))
B. Permitting Not Exclusive: The obtaining of a city permit shall not be deemed to exclude the necessity of obtaining other appropriate permits or approvals from other agencies or departments. Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall not relieve any person of the need to comply with any and all other applicable rules, regulations, and laws. (Ord. 1219, 10-25-2010)
