8-5-5-3: SSTS IN FLOODPLAINS:
SSTS shall not be located in a floodway and wherever possible, location within any part of a floodplain should be avoided. If no option exists to locate an SSTS outside of a floodplain, location within the flood fringe is allowed if the requirements of Minnesota rules 7080.2270 and all relevant local requirements are met. (Minnesota rules 7082.0100, subpart 3(I)) (Ord. 1219, 10-25-2010)
