8-5-4-1: CITY:
The department shall administer the SSTS program and all provisions of this chapter. At appropriate times, the city shall review, revise, and update this chapter as necessary. The city shall employ or retain under contract qualified and appropriately licensed professionals to administer and operate the SSTS program. (Minnesota rules 7082.0040) (Ord. 1219, 10-25-2010)
