6-1-4: RIDING ANIMALS WHEN VISION IMPAIRED 1 :
No person may ride an animal along, within or across any street, highway or roadway from sunset to sunrise and at any other time when visibility is impaired by weather, smoke, fog or other conditions unless said animal or person riding thereon displays illuminating devices, reflectorized material or lighting so as to be visible from all distances from one hundred feet (100') to six hundred feet (600') to the rear when directly in front of lawful lower beams of headlamps on a motor vehicle.
