A. State Regulations Adopted: "Minnesota Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices", executive order 54014, dated December 20, 1973, and amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this code as if fully set forth herein.
B. Policy And Procedure: The policy and procedure relating to regulatory and warning sign placement shall be as adopted and set forth by city council resolution. (1974 Code § 1300.05)
