5-5-6: NUISANCES:
   A.    Public Nuisance Defined: A "public nuisance" is a thing, act, occupation, or use of property which:
      1.    Unreasonably annoys, injures or endangers the safety, health, morals, comfort, or repose of any considerable number of members of the public.
      2.    Offends public decency.
      3.    Unlawfully interferes with, obstructs or tends to obstruct or render dangerous for passage any public park, square, street, walk, lane, alley, highway or other public grounds or waters used by the public.
      4.    In any way renders the public insecure in life or in use of property.
      5.    Is declared by law to be a public nuisance and for which no specific penalty is provided.
      6.    Is an unnecessary noise as defined in section 5-5-12 of this chapter.
   B.    Misdemeanor Violation: Any person who knowingly causes or creates a nuisance or permits any nuisance to be created or placed upon or to remain upon any premises owned or occupied by him, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1364, 2-25-2019)
