5-5-3: TRESPASS:
   A.    Determination Of Trespass: Whoever intentionally does any of the following shall commit an act of trespassing:
      1.    Interferes unlawfully with any monument, sign or pointer erected or marked to designate a point of a boundary line or a political subdivision of a tract of land; or
      2.    Enters upon the premises of another and, without claim of right, refuses to depart therefrom on demand of the lawful possessor thereof; or
      3.    Enters the premises of another with intent to take or injure any fruit, fruit trees, crops or vegetables growing thereon without the permission of the owner or occupant; or
      4.    Without the permission of the owner, tampers with or gets into or upon a motor vehicle or rides in or upon such motor vehicle knowing it was taken and is being driven by such person or another without the permission of the owner; or
      5.    Gets on or off the cars or locomotives of any railroad company operating its cars and locomotives within the limits of the city while the same are in motion or standing still, or enters upon the yards or premises of such railway company, with the intent to obtain a ride upon such cars or locomotives or for any other purpose, without the consent of such railway company, its agents or employees; or
      6.    Without the consent of the owner of the property or lawful authority looks, peers, or peeps into, or is found loitering around or within view of any window, not on his own property, with the intent of watching or looking through said window; or
      7.    Enters the premises of another without lawful authority or consent of the owner or occupant for the purpose of:
         a.    Swimming in a lake, pond or river other than at an authorized public beach.
         b.    Fishing.
         c.    Hunting.
         d.    Carrying or discharging firearms.
         e.    Operating or riding a motorcycle, motorbike, motor scooter, snowmobile, or similar vehicle. (1974 Code § 2005.09)
   B.    Prohibited; Misdemeanor Violation: Any person who commits an act of trespass prohibited by this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1974 Code § 2005.11)
