5-5-2: PROHIBITED PRESENCE AT SCHOOLS OR WHERE CHILDREN FREQUENT:
   A.    Definitions: The following definitions shall be applied to this section:
   LAWFUL BUSINESS: A reason for being present upon school property which is not otherwise prohibited by statute, by ordinance or by any regulation adopted pursuant to statute or ordinance.
   SCHOOL: Any elementary school, junior high school, four (4) year high school, senior high school, adult school, or any branch thereof, or community college. (1974 Code § 2005.21)
   B.    Disruptive Presence At Schools: It shall be unlawful for any person to come into any school building or upon any school ground or street, sidewalk or public way adjacent thereto without lawful business thereon, and whose presence or acts interfere with the peaceful conduct of the activities of such school or disrupt the school or its pupils or school activities, and who remains there or who reenters or comes upon such place within seventy two (72) hours after being asked to leave by the chief administrative official or his designee, who possesses a certificate to teach or be an administrator in Minnesota schools, or who carries out the same function as a person who possesses such a certificate or, in the absence of the chief administrative official.
