5-2-9: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted hereunder relating to acts, omissions, or conduct, other than official acts of city officers or employees, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1234, 4-11-2011)
