5-2-6: ADMINISTRATION:
   A.    Special Fund Created: There is hereby established in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the emergency management fund. Into this fund shall be placed the proceeds of taxes levied for emergency management and other revenues of the local organization for emergency management. From it shall be made expenditures for the operation and maintenance of the local organization for emergency management and other expenditures for emergency management.
   B.    Annual Report:
      1.    The director shall, as soon as possible after the end of each fiscal year, prepare and present to the council for the information of the council and the public, a report of the activities of the local organization for emergency management during the year.
      2.    The department heads shall annually report to the director any disaster mutual aid activity provided by the city to other political subdivisions within the state or otherwise, or received by the city. (Ord. 1234, 4-11-2011)
